Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my Substack. I’m sure many of you already know about the V2k technology. However, I’m hoping that maybe reading this Substack will give you a deeper understanding and perhaps an idea of how you can mitigate your symptoms.

Voice to Skull (V2K) technology, also known as synthetic telepathy, has the potential to be used as a tool for psychological warfare and mind control. This technology allows auditory messages to be transmitted directly into a person’s mind using microwave auditory effects, bypassing external devices. The human brain can detect low and infrasonic frequencies, which are undetectable to normal human hearing, making it possible for V2K technology to create the illusion of voices or sounds in a person’s head.

Disruption and Manipulation:

The Frey effect, a phenomenon where the human brain can detect low and infrasonic frequencies, is essential to understanding how V2K technology works. This effect allows the brain to complete partial sensory input and personalize sensory experience, leading to misinterpretation of real sensory input. V2K technology

Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.

The complaints of many people around the world who suffer the auditory effects of V2k is not a scientific fiction, because the following US patents and China patents tell us it is a true and existing technology: All following US patents describe technologies can monitor auditory signals and retinal signals in cerebral cortex remotely.

The technology describes such technology can monitor human brain wave and all neutral signals like auditory signal and retinal signal remotely.

Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a remote position. The demodulated waveform also can be used to produce a compensating signal. In addition to passively monitoring brain waves neurological signals are also monitored.

The technology describes how communicate human brain thoughts and cause language like effect remotely via satellite.

A system and method for enabling human beings to communicate by way of their monitored brain activity. The brain activity of an individual is monitored and transmitted to a remote location (e.g. by satellite). At the remote location, the monitored brain activity is compared with pre-recorded normalized brain activity curves, wave forms, or patterns to determine if a match or substantial match is found. If such a match is found, then the computer at the remote location determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal.

Laws against V2k

Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA):
This act protects the privacy of electronic communications and prohibits unauthorized interception or use of such communications. It includes provisions for wiretapping and stored communications,which could be relevant if V2K technology is used to intercept or disrupt communications.

Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968:
This title requires federal and state law enforcement to obtain judicial authorization for intercepting wire, oral, and electronic communications. This is crucial for any use of technology that could involve interception, even if not directly labeled as "electronic surveillance".

The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures, which could apply to the use of V2K technology if it is used without a warrant or legitimate justification.

General Criminal Law
The use of V2K technology could also be prosecuted under general criminal law if it involves acts like assault, battery, aggravated battery, or the creation and distribution of malicious materials.

The Department of Justice Guidelines

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has specific guidelines and approval processes for using electronic surveillance in investigations. These guidelines would likely apply if V2K technology is used in the context of investigations.

In essence, while there isn't a specific law directly addressing V2K, its use is governed by existing regulations regarding electronic surveillance, privacy, and the general laws against misuse of technology.

Remedies

White Noise Machines - Using white noise machines or other sound masking devices may help drown out the perception of voices. While this isn't a method to block signals, it might provide some relief.

You can try putting on headphones and listening to the music of your choice.

Consulting Experts in Electromagnetic Radiation - Engineers or experts specializing in electromagnetic radiation might provide insights into how to shield oneself from certain frequencies. Please refer to Targeted Justice website for related articles.

If you choose, you can go to a neurosurgeon tell him everything and get a MRI Scan of the brain. It will help you to know if you are an actual targeted individual.

If you choose to, you can opt to get an electric shock… I am not really sure it will work or not, chances are 90% that it will destroy v2k but may have side effects or not.

It’ll take a lot of determination to break away from the V2k, but it’s not impossibe, unless you continue to give the V2K voices credence.

In conclusion, If you become fully aware of what’s going on with V2k electronic harassment, you’ll become strong enough to ignore it. It won’t be easy, but in any case move on. You’ll have to take up things or activities that really interest you and deliberately ignore the voices.

Be selective, and Super Determined to live your life however way you wish.
